ISPRAMED wishes to bring to your attention the Call for papers “Arbitration in the Middle East – Expectations and Challenges for the Future”, promoted by the Transnational Dispute Management Journal.

The main topic for discussion is the perception between a Western and a Eastern conception of arbitration, about practice as well as doctrine. The intersection of these two conceptions does necessarily bring to differences which cannot be overcome? Or arbitration, thanks to its own feature of being international and even transnational , will be capable of turning into a third new element which should  include the two different perceptions?

Craig Shepherd and Mike McClure issue this call for papers seeking contributions for a TDM Special to be published later this year entitled “Arbitration in the Middle East – expectations and challenges for the future“.

Papers should be submitted directly to the editors on or before 30 September 2014, with a copy to info@transnational-dispute-management.com when you submit material.

You can find further info and topics to be discussed  in the papers to be submitted at TDM’s website.
